UNIT PRICING EXPLAINED
In collaboration with Serve Rochester, an experienced process serving company in Rochester, we offer a unit‑based pricing model rather than the traditional per‑respondent fee used by most process servers. This means that whether there is one person or ten people living in the same unit, you pay one flat rate.
For example, if Sally, Johnny, Johnny’s brother Vito, and his entire hockey team all reside in Apartment 3 and require service, you are charged one fee—not ten.
What’s Included
Copy expenses and affirmations are included in the base cost.
Certified mailings are included for up to two tenants.
After the first two, additional certified mailings are billed at standard USPS rates.
This pricing structure can potentially save you and your tenants hundreds of dollars.

Notice of Court dates have very strict guidelines based on the court date. If we receive a notice of petition with a court date quickly approaching , we may consider this a rush depending on the date and would contact you prior to attempts24‑Hour Service
24‑Hour Service guarantees that we will make an attempt within 24 hours. To meet this deadline, we adjust our routes to prioritize your request. While we cannot guarantee successful service on the first attempt, we will return the following day as required to meet all legal service obligations.Warrants
As appointed constables, we are authorized to remove tenants once the court has ruled in your favor and issued a Warrant of Eviction in any town outside the City of Rochester.
